LESSON POLICIES

• Monthly lesson fees are due at the beginning of the month (or one day before your 1st scheduled lesson of the month).

• Make up Lesson/Rescheduling Policy : If you need to reschedule a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to schedule a make up lesson, otherwise the lesson and its fee will be forfeited. 

• Please limit to only ONE reschedule request per month after lesson dates/times have been confirmed for the month.

• If you need to reschedule, your lesson must be rescheduled within the same month and can not be rolled over into next month’s fees as credit. 

• If I need to reschedule a lesson, I will also abide by the 24 hour policy. However, the one circumstance where I will offer a refund is if I have to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency.

• Fees are non-refundable once paid. If you need to suddenly cancel or discontinue mid-month, your fees can be held as credit and be claimed for future lessons. 

• If you are looking to discontinue or take a break from lessons, please try to notify me as soon as possible or before the last lesson of the month.

• A minimum of 4 lessons have to be booked each month if you are committing to weekly lessons (or a minimum of 2 lessons per month for bi-weekly). The only exception is if there are schedule conflicts due to extensive traveling or the holiday season.

• If you are sick or feel like you’re about to fall sick, please notify me as soon as possible. No rescheduling is allowed if you notify me on the same day of our lesson. If I make an exception, it’s at my discretion and based on availability but never guaranteed.
